Swift your awareness from your mind to your heart. Touch your heart and create awareness through a physical sensation.  Slow your breathing in order to relax your mind and feel safe. Start to feel the feeling of gratitude and appreciation and empathy for all Beings on earth. You only need to do that for a while. Open your eyes and sense the peaceful feeling of the moment. Keep that moment.

Actors usually are people extra sensitive and that makes them be overstimulated. They sense high, they feel high, the act high, they become more frustrated and they make their life tougher. The moment   they start balancing the heart with the mind they instinctively trust themselves.
