Workshop Overview
This advanced acting workshop offers a transformative journey for actors seeking to push the boundaries of their craft. Running from the middle of February through the end of June in the New York area, it provides a groundbreaking approach to acting through the lens of the Supraconscious breakthrough theory and method. Limited seats ensure an intimate setting where participants can fully immerse themselves in this unique experience.
The workshop aims to:
- Enhance the synergy between the art of acting and scientific discovery.
- Serve humanity by advancing knowledge of consciousness and self-awareness.

Module 1: Scientific Path/Brain
- Training on neuroscientific knowledge.
- Thought and language: Exploring our internal map of who we are and who we think we are.
- Psychological analysis: The Human’s New ID, based on Eric Berne’s Transactional Analysis.
Module 2: Artistic Path/Heart
- Exploring self-roles, archetypes, and identity.
- Method acting: Being organically and truthfully in the moment.
- Training on “The Human’s R(e)volution” and the Empathy Triangle.
- Understanding the observer and the observed.
Module 3: Meditative Path/Spirit
- Meridians, chakras, and basic four spiritual centers.
- Training on frames of being and the microcosm, expanding perception.
- Exploring “I, Me, Myself, and Ego”: An interdisciplinary approach to “actor,” “archetype,” and “identity.”
Module 4: Material Path/Body
- Training on the concepts of “body” and “no-body.”
- The five senses in communication and the Fifth Wall, our sixth sense.
- Exploring moment-to-moment lived experience, action, and interaction.
Module 5: Consciousness Path/Soul
- Aligning all modules for the journey of the soul.

Immersive Self-Observation Path
Throughout the five months, participants will engage in:

- Participants are required to bring three monologues and three scenes of their choice to work on with others.
- Those who complete the program will form the core crew of Supraconscious You and may become ambassadors of the method, with the potential to teach it.
